Companies must first apply for the record of foreign trade operators, as follows: go to the Trade and Industry Bureau to do the business license of additional items (operating range must include "import and export" or "Technology Import and Export" business), then go to Foreign Trade Bureau of Foreign Trade Section of the record. To obtain "foreign trade operators Registration Form" before the normal conduct of foreign trade business, companies need to complete the formalities as follows: (1) to the local customs registration; (2) to the local foreign exchange bureau, obtain verification number; (3 ) State Customs clearance center IC card entry gold; (4) the provincial technical supervision online stamp identified; (5) The local industrial and commercial bureau, the Department finds that online stamp; (6) State Customs clearance center open gold card; (7) Online foreign trade bureau and stamped location; (8) Location SAFE approval stamp; (9) the material back to the local customs audit identified; (10) Customs opened IC card use; (11) the customs registration book business fax to the Municipality for future statistical management.
